Manchester FA Mini-Soccer Festival (June 08)

Meds entered 15 teams into this year Manchester FA Mini-soccer festival held at the Salford Sports Village in June. Whilst the Festival is run as a "friendly" tournament where each player receives a medallion, the organizers award a Number of "Fair Play Trophies" to selected teams. This year Meds won an amazing 4 trophies which must rank amongst the largest (in size) given out at such events. The U7s boys and U8 boys both won the Fair Play Award and in the girls event both our U10s teams received similar awards.
